Metatron to Acquire Ecommerce Company, Announces DApps Plans

Metatron (OTC Pink: MRNJ), a mobile and web technology pioneer that has developed more than 2,000 apps on iTunes and Google Play, is pleased to announce its intention to acquire through the exchange of Mountain Green Inc. , an e-commerce company that has generated over four million in sales in the past twelve months. Mountain Green brings to the table its thousands of customers and its multiple digital properties as well as its marketing acumen. The acquisition of Mountain Green is subject to management approval and is expected to be finalized in the third quarter of 2021.

The two companies plan to lead a shared rollout of multiple websites and apps focused on gaming, entertainment and lifestyle categories. Mountain Green currently sells electronics, nutritional supplements, and digital content under various popular brands across the web, Amazon, and most social media platforms.

The global e-commerce market is expected to total $ 4.89 trillion in 2021. Today that number is expected to reach 19.5% in 2021, a 45.8% increase in e-commerce market share over two years. Both apps have appeared on the iTunes and Google Apps stores in the past, and in the future, they will be published exclusively on the web.
